About Us

High Beech Golf Course.

Established in 1963 we have been welcoming golfers of all levels from beginner to professional for over 60 years. Open to the public with no booking just turn up and play. Come and enjoy a round in our peaceful picturesque setting in the heart of Epping Forest. We are very relaxed and beginner friendly with hire clubs available and no dress code. It is our mission to make golf more inclusive and welcoming to everyone no matter what walk of life you are from. Come and enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of this great game.

Prices

Yellow Course – £9.50 per 9 holes
Red Course – £8.00 per 9 holes
All Day Green Fee – £18.50
Hire Equipment – £2.00
No Booking required, pay and play.

Opening Times

Monday – Friday 9am – Dusk
Saturday – Sunday 8am – Dusk

Come and enjoy a drink with us and take in the beautiful scenery.
Choose from our selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic Beers and Wines, Soft drinks and our range of Coffees, Teas and hot chocolate.

GOLF COURSE

Our Courses

9 hole par 3 Yellow course

9 full par 3 holes averaging 150-200 yards per hole. Providing fun for new golfers and a challenge for experienced golfers.

9 hole pitch & putt Red course

averaging 100-120 yards per hole. Ideal for beginners, great fun for young golfers and perfect for improving short game.
Don’t have your own equipment? No problem! We have hire equipment available. We can provide you with everything you need to enjoy a round.

Practice Nets and Putting Green

We have practice nets for working on your swing or warming up before heading out on the course. We also have a large 18 hole putting green, perfect for working on the most important aspect of the game or just for some fun with the family.
